Lightbody Activation
The Lightbody Activation is a process that works with your energy body to bring healing, release stress and help shift the dense physical body to a body of light. The activation is performed while you lay, fully clothed, on a massage table, in a relaxing environment with soft music, candles, and incense. Your chakras and aura are balanced, cleansed and activated to a higher level of vibration.
These activations may be done in person or on the phone. The phone activations work on the principle from Quantum physics that we are all connected energetically. Distance is not a factor as the activations all take place on the energy level. There are three additional activations described below that continue to raise the vibratory level of your energy body and activate addition strands of DNA. You may want to explore these after you have experienced the Lightbody Activation.

Activations for the Energy Body
Here are four activations that I offer to support you in healing and in raising the vibration of your body. The activations need to be done in order, so for your first session, choose the Lightbody Activation. If you want to experience all the activations, I usually recommend four Lightbody Activations, then the three additional ones. This is a guideline only, and we’ll decide how soon to move to the next activations depending on the energetic condition of your body and from the guidance of our spiritual helpers.
I conclude each of the following activations with a focused healing session consisting of reiki, blue light healing, and supported by Flower Essences.
Light Body Activation
This process begins with preparation of the environment and your body. I place crystals or other sacred objects on your body and form a Crystal Triangle around the massage table using specially programmed crystals. I then begin to work with your chakras and layers of your aura spinning light into them. I ask you to repeat statements such as “I am the Light of the world” at certain times during the activation. Throughout the activation, I speak softly giving you information on what I see as energies unfold and letting you know what I am doing in each step. I often receive messages or useful information for you from my spiritual helpers. I may also see power animals or other celestial beings that are offering their help. They often are removing energy blocks from your body or are sending healing energy to certain organs, etc. At the end of the activation, I create a holographic cellular memory in your body and conclude with the focused healing session. People experience a deep feeling of peace and healing from this activation, plus some of the results listed in the sidebar.

Dimensional Activation
This session begins with the Lightbody Activation, and then adds the 6th Dimensional Activation. This activation focuses on balancing the male and female polarity in your body. Using crystals programmed with masculine and feminine energies, I raise each of the seven main chakras to the 6th Dimension. The 8th Chakra and the Metatron Chakras, which are the 9th, 10th, and 11th chakras, are then activated. These chakras connect you to the higher realms and must be activated in order to change your dense material body to a body of light. This dimension may be experienced as rich in color, light or sound.

Dimensional Activation
This session begins with the Lightbody Activation, followed by the 6th Dimensional Activation then adds the 7th Dimensional Activation. This activation focuses on Oneness. The masculine and feminine crystals are united in oneness and are placed above your head and below your feet to form a north and south pole on your merkaba or Lightbody. Your alpha and omega chakras are then opened and activated. These two powerful chakras exist outside of your body and connect you deeply to the Earth and to the higher levels of the Celestial Realms. Some people experience this dimension as the void and feel a deep sense of stillness, peace and oneness.

Strand DNA Activation
This session begins with the Lightbody Activation, followed by the 6th and 7th Dimensional Activations. At this level, matter can be changed through intention. Using specially programmed crystals, I access the eight master cells in the thymus gland and activate ten additional strands of DNA on the etheric level. Some people experience tingling or heat as the new strands are pulled out. Having all four activations can raise your body vibration to a much higher level and bring major life changes. Your spiritual path may become more clear and important to you, plus you may choose to change those things in your life that no longer work for you.

More Details about the Light Body Activation
How people experience the activations:
Everyone has a different experience. Some people see colors, lights, angels, ascended masters or simple go to the void during the activations. Some feel the sensation of the aura spinning or feel tingly as prana activates their cells. Others have out of the body experiences. People often feel sudden coolness or warmth. Some may not feel or see anything. However it still works, regardless of your experience. Everyone seems to feel deeply peaceful, relaxed and uplifted at the end.
How the activations work:
As you experience the activation once or many times, it causes your body to receive more light into its cells and energy system (chakras, aura and meridians). This raises the vibratory level of your body. The lower stuck energies are no longer a match so they are released. As you vibrate at a higher and higher level, you become more and more of clear channel for creativity, intuition and connecting with the higher realms. You also become an energy match for all the good you want in your live as oppose to drama, stress and challenges. So you may begin manifesting financial abundance, a new career or relationship…the life of your dreams.
Sleeping in the Crystal Triangle:

How the Activations Originated:
The Lightbody Activation is based on the work of Duane Henckle and Diana Stone from their book The Light Body Activation Manual. It was channeled to Duane in Hawaii through the Pleiadians. He was instructed to use three crystals to form a triangle for connecting with specific energies in Hawaii and bringing in the energy of Atlantis and Lemuria.
At the top of the triangle is an amethyst cluster which represents Pele, the goddess of the fire volcano on the big island of Hawaii. At the left is a green carved aventurine turtle or a green stone, which represents the earth energies of Lemuria. On the right is a rose quartz carved dolphin or rose quartz stone which represents the activating energies of Atlantis. As you lay in the triangle, it connects with the sacred triangle in Hawaii which has the volcano at the apex and the Place of Refuge, the bay of turtles at the lower left and Kealakekua Bay, the bay of dolphins at the lower right.
