The Lightbody activation is a simple process performed in a relaxing environment with soft music, candles, and incense while you lay, fully clothed, on a massage table. As you lay in a crystal triangle, your chakras are activated and light is spun into the layers of your aura and prana into the cells of your body. Your vibration rises to the 5th dimensional level during the activation. It is deeply relaxing and healing. Its purpose is to raise the vibrational level of your body in preparation for the higher levels of energy we will be living in as we approach 2012

The Lightbody Activation is based on the work of Duane Henckle and Diana Stone from their book The Light Body Activation Manual. It was channeled to Duane in Hawaii through the Pleiadians. He was instructed to use three crystals to form a triangle for connecting with specific energies in Hawaii and bringing in the energy of Atlantis and Lemuria.

At the top of the triangle is an amethyst cluster which represents Pele, the goddess of the fire volcano on the big island of Hawaii. At the left is a green carved aventurine turtle or a green stone, which represents the earth energies of Lemuria. On the right is a rose quartz carved dolphin or rose quartz stone which represents the activating energies of Atlantis. As you lay in the triangle, it connects with the sacred triangle in Hawaii which has the volcano inland at the apex and the Place of Refuge, the bay of turtles at the lower left and Kealakekua Bay, the bay of dolphins at the lower right.

I work with your chakras, layers of your aura and the cells of your body to increase their vibration to the 5th dimensional level. The activation starts by you repeating three times “I am the light of the world.” The activation ends with you repeating three times “I am the conscious master of the cells in my body” and “I chose peace, joy and harmony for every cell in my body.” Your crown chakra is then activated to create a holographic cellular memory for your body of this level of vibration.

I concludes the session with blue light healing combined with reiki.

Working with the Lightbody Activation
Depending on what you want to accomplish with the activation, there are several ways you can work with it
1. Have one activation to experience it and see how your body responds.
2. Have a series of activations, at least four, to raise your energy and get your body accustomed to vibrating at a higher level. You are then able to self activate.
3. Have the three additional activations – 6th dimensional, 7th dimensional and 12 strand DNA.
4. Sleep in the Crystal Triangle. Get the three stones, which I will help you program. Set the triangle up around your bed and sleep in it each night.

I highly recommend that after your activation, you start sleeping in the crystal triangle at home. You may purchase the stones and I will lead you through the simple process of programming them for use in the Crystal Triangle.

After you have experienced four activations, you can self-activate by tapping on specific chakras and repeating the three affirmations. You will also be ready to receive three higher activations, the 6th and 7th dimension and 12 strand DNA activations. The more you experience the Lightbody Activation, the more it will raise the energy level of your body.

How will the activations impact me?

Everyone has a different experience. Some people see colors, lights, angels, ascended masters or simple go to the void during the activation. Some feel the sensation of the aura spinning or tingly as prana activates their cells. Some may not feel or see anything. However it still works, regardless of your experience. Everyone seems to feel deeply peaceful, relaxed and uplifted at the end.

The Three Higher Activations
I offer three additional activations – the 6th dimensional, 7th dimensional and 12 Strand DNA Activation. After you have had four Light Body Activations, you will be ready for the additional ones. These activations also are from Duane’s work. I use additional crystals to activate the levels of your aura and to help reconnect ten additional strands of DNA.
